FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head, neck, pedicle, recess and balls placed in the space between the device head and recess surfaces. The balls belong to two categories of type and size. They do not fill the whole between the device head and recess bottom and ring. The ring holds the balls allowing their random motion to take place when moving the device head. The head is supported by flange fixed together with the ring on the recess end. EFFECT: lowered friction; reduced wear of working surfaces. 1 dwg
