FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is designed as bicycle training device having saddle, mechanism for inclining the saddle relative to longitudinal axis, pedal mechanism and means for producing load. The device has supporting members for supporting the upper shoulder girdle removably mounted on the driver wheel and mechanism for carrying out longitudinal saddle movements. The pedal mechanism has chain transmission units mounted on both sides of the frame kinematically connected to the means for producing load composed of posterior bicycle training device wheel mounted on shafts built in into frame base of the device. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; high selectivity and wide range of loads to be applicable. 4 cl, 6 dwg
