FIELD: shipbuilding; water-jet propellers for submarine vessels (submersible transport, submersible vehicles). SUBSTANCE: proposed water-jet propeller includes axial-flow pump with bladed impeller located in shroud nozzle coaxially with aft extremity; profiled shroud ring is rigidly secured on blade tips. Inner surface of front part of shroud nozzle directed forward is partially made in form of surface of annular wing and opposite skin of ship's stern has form of surface of truncated cone whose generatrix is equidistant to chord of annular wing. Angle between longitudinal axis of water craft and chord is equal to 40-90 deg. Guide rings located before pump blades are used for equalizing of flow. Outer skin of shroud nozzle is perforated; water receiver located in nozzle body is connected with perforations of outer skin of nozzle and flow section of water conduit by means of water lines. Multi-layer flexible rings with oscillation control system are located at water-jet propeller outlet on inner surface of aft portion of water conduit and on surface of propeller hub. Proposed propeller provides for additional thrust, reduces resistance, enhances efficiency of ship, reduces noise at propeller outlet. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and steerability of ship. 1 dwg
