FIELD: carbon materials. SUBSTANCE: aqueous molecular-colloidal solutions (CNFWS) of hydrated fullerens contain, in particular, their spherical fractal clusters, wherein hydrated fullerens are supramolecular complexes having general formula: wherein N≥60;(m+n)≥20;m>1;n>1. In these complexes at least part of counterions are substituted, in particular, by following metal ions: K+,Na+,Ca2+,Mg2+,La3+,Fe3+,Th4+. Concentration of metal ions does not exceed coagulation threshold of such solutions. Solutions according to invention can be prepared by titration of C60FWS solutions with alkali, e.g., NaOH, solutions or by cation-exchange technique on ion-exchange resins passing C60FWS solutions through K+-form cationite column.
