FIELD: rocketry; construction of rocket solid propellant charges. SUBSTANCE: proposed rocket solid propellant charge is made in form of grain with reinforcing member made in form cellular bearing structure in form of crossing binding members. Reinforcing member is made from cellular volume- porous material according to shape of charge at size of cells of 1-10 mm, thickness of strips of, 0.2-2 mm and porosity of cellular material of 60- 98%. Blind passages whose diameters exceed size of cells of load- bearing structure by 5-10 times are made in staggered order in reinforcing material in way of motion of propellant.
