Proposed connecting unit has support flange and connecting ring designed for fitting in hole made in pipe wall and provided with flange whose minimum outer diameter exceeds maximum diameter of hole in pipe. Branch pipe or outlet pipe is provided with bead. Flange of connecting ring is made circular. Connecting ring with ring flange is made of flexible material to provide its fitting into pipe hole.
