SUBSTANCE: automated system controlling active action on clouds has command post controlling active action, stationary rocket action center and mobile aircraft action point intercoupled by communication channels. Command post controlling active action houses meteorological radar with first and second frequency channels, channel for azimuth and elevation control over antenna and control system with computer. Rocket action center includes rocket launcher, remote control unit and second facility to receive and transmit data ganged to remote unit controlling rocket launchers. Mobile action point of automated system uses aircraft aboard which means for active action on clouds with manual and automatic control mechanisms are installed.
