FIELD: semiconductor devices, photoelectric converters of solar energy, in particular. SUBSTANCE: technical result of invention consists in development of photoelectric module of simple design with low weight, prolonged service life thanks to high leakproofness of module, low moisture permeability and strength of adhesion of rear sealing protective coat, raised resistance to peeling, reduced usage of materials and optimized technological cycle which leads to simplified manufacturing technology, increased productivity of process and decreased cost of module. Given photoelectric module includes photoelectric converters located in layer of polymer material, frontal sealing protective glass coat and rear sealing protective coat made of synthetic paper linked to layer of polymer material through adhesive layer with thickness between 5- 30 microns. Process of manufacture of photoelectric module lies in sintering of formed multilayer structure in thermal vacuum plant under pressure of 0.5-1.0 kg/sq cm at temperature of 120-150 C in the course of 3-15 min.
