SUBSTANCE: device has data transmission and reception units connected to opposite ends of communication line; data transmission unit has sync signal generator and coding unit; coding unit has coder and group of output amplifiers; data reception unit has decoding unit, first synchronization unit, and first register; decoding unit has first decoder and group of input amplifiers; first synchronization unit has delay circuit and first inverter. Data transmission speed is enhanced due to use of additional communication channel connected in parallel with main one and also due to eliminating sync signal transmission time steps without increasing number of twisted pairs in line.
