FIELD: data transfer devices for use with synchronous telecommunication systems.

SUBSTANCE: device implements simultaneous recognition by receipt and transfer blocks in a scrambled flow of bits, of certain codes, which are formed at random (not known previously) time moments. These moments, firstly, serve as direction points for sorting bits, belonging to different channels, and, secondly, are used for synchronization setting of generators of pseudo-random series of scrambler and de-scrambler bits to similar states. Therefore, service bits are excluded from data flow, meant for separation of flow across channels and service frames, meant for code synchronization of de-scrambler and scrambler.

EFFECT: higher speed of operation.
