FIELD: food- processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating raw plant material with liquefied gas under pressure above atmospheric value and releasing pressure to value equal to atmospheric pressure at rate providing freezing of raw plant material; before impregnation procedure, treating raw plant material with preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella sepedonioides micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue and holding for 2-5 hours, said preparation being used in an amount of 0,5-1•104. Ammonia is used as impregnation gas. EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties due to elimination of opalescence.
