FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves impregnating raw plant material with liquefied gas under pressure above atmospheric value; releasing pressure to atmospheric value at rate providing freezing of raw plant material; before impregnation procedure, treating raw plant material with preparation produced by sequential extracting of Mortierella marburgensis micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue and holding for 2-5 hours, said preparation being used in an amount of 0,5-1•104 mg/t. Impregnation gas is ammonia. EFFECT: improved quality of product due to elimination of opalescence.
