FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying thermography method for detecting arterial pathology availability. The built thermographic feet figure area is calculated, mean foot temperature and calculating thermographic index value as , where Tm is the mean foot temperature, St is the foot thermoprofile area, K=100 is the constant magnification coefficient. The It value being equal to 0.5-0.6 in male patients and 0.6-0.7 in female patients, complete thermoprofile of feet is considered to be the case and the value is taken as norm. The case of It≥0,7 in male patients and It≥0,8 in female patients being observed, pathologic lower extremity microcirculation is considered to be available. EFFECT: high reliability of diagnosis. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
