SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating cardio-vascular diseases. One should register photoplethysmogram (PPG) of patient's great toe, determine PPG amplitude and systolic arterial pressure, calculate index of photoplethysmography as IPPG by mathematical formula to evaluate disorders of microcirculation and arterial circulation of lower limbs or visualize no pathology in peripheral circulation. The method enables to reliably register alterations in peripheral circulation and carry out its quantitative evaluation.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of integral evaluation.
