FIELD: medicine, stomatology. SUBSTANCE: one should carry out osteogingivoplasty at introducing resorbed membrane into parodontal pouch. "Diplen" film is applied as such resorbed membrane. This film is applied onto osseous defect by its hydrophilic side. Moreover, the film should be used at the size overlapping osseous defect from both vestibular and approximate sides by 3 mm, as minimum. The suggested method enables to safe the cavity of osseous defect against soft tissues penetration that leads to target tissue regeneration. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex
