SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely dentistry, and is intended for use in the treatment of chronic periodontitis of moderate and severe degrees. In the treatment of chronic periodontitis, 70% of the missing bone around the tooth is filled with a mixture of spongy autogenous bone and xenogenic bone material in a ratio of 1:4, and 30% of the volume from the oral, vestibular and occlusal sides, a mixture consisting of autogenous cortical bone and xenogenic bone material in a ratio of 1:4 is adapted over the first mixture. At the same time, “Cefotaxime” granules are added to the prepared mixtures. The isolation of the osteoplastic material from the surrounding tissues is carried out by two resorbable collagen membranes, which are shaped in accordance with the previously obtained templates of the required shape, repeating the configuration of the defect after bone grafting and providing overlap of the bone material by 2-3 mm along the perimeter. At the same time, the membranes for the oral and vestibular sides are formed separately. The formed resorbable collagen membranes adapted in the area of defects from the oral and vestibular sides are formed separately. EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase the resistance of the newly formed bone to functional loads, decrease the reduction of the resulting regenerate, reduce the volume of autogenous bone for transplantation, and reduce the healing time of the donor zone.
