SUBSTANCE: method involves determining phosphatidylinozites content in nanomoles per 1 mg of protein in gingival blood. Their concentration being equal to 7 nmole, mild degree is diagnosed. The value being from 10 to 15 nmole, moderate severity degree is diagnosed. Severe parodontitis cases are diagnosed if the concentration is greater than 15 nmole.
EFFECT: high accuracy and reproducibility properties of the method.
