Ocular end is made in form of flat sight platform. Body has cover with limiting recess. Cover is installed for motion in body plane to position opening the cavity and to position partially opening of outlet hole for passage of leech sucker. Cover has pressing spring locked to body. Body external surfaces are polished. Bevel is made in form of spherical surfaces. Cover is transparent.
