FIELD: processing oil sludge. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes raw material and reagent reservoirs connected with dehydration reservoir through pump; dehydration reservoir is connected to separator and to boiler. Dehydration reservoir is located above boiler which is connected via rectifying column with separator and heating furnace. Furnace burners of boiler and heating furnace are connected with separator and rectifying column. Boiler is connected with reagent reservoir through additional separator. It is good practice to equip rectifying column with stripping connected with heating furnace; gas-oil burners are used as furnace burners. EFFECT: increased degree of extraction of fuel from water petroleum products. 2 cl, 1 dwg
