FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil processing industry and can be used for collection of hazardous emissions from reactors of delayed coking of oil residues. Heating reactor liquid oil products at flow temperature of 110°C from bottom of reactor is fed into warm-up tank (2). Steam-gas products heating of heating capacity (2) is brought into rectification column, and liquid products heating of heating capacity (2) through filters (4) are mixed with coke steaming and cooling products fed in absorption tower (3). One part of fluid absorption from the absorption column (3) after filters (5) and heat exchanger (6) with temperature of 180°C is mixed with coke steaming and cooling products with temperature of 400°C and liquid products heating reactors of reservoir heating (2) with temperature 180°C. Second part of absorption liquid product after air cooler (7) with temperature of 150°C is used as live reflux in absorption column (3).
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce duration of cycle of coke steaming and cooling in 1,6 times, reduces power consumption, increases efficiency of coking plant.
