FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil processing industry, in particular, to a method of trapping of hazardous emissions from reactors of delayed coking of oil residues. Method comprises feeding products of heating reactors, steaming coke and cooling coke from reactors in absorption column. Liquid part from absorption column is partially used as live reflux, partially directed into main rectifier or boiler fuel tank, and steam-gas portion is discharged via condenser-cooler into separator for separation into a water condensate, directed for repeated separation in settler together with coke steaming and cooling products with temperature lower than 160 °C and then for advanced treatment, hydrocarbon condensate, which together with hydrocarbon condensate from settling tank is directed into main rectification column or boiler fuel tank, and gas directed for further processing, which is performed in ejector by mixing with superheated steam at temperature of 280-350 °C. Obtained raw mixture is fed into main rectification column for separation, wherein separation of steam-gas part from absorption column in separator is performed at temperature not lower than 90 °C, and gas from settling tank is removed into absorption column.
EFFECT: technical result is reduction of emissions when burning gas into atmosphere, higher quality of separation products.
