FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises furnace with convection and radiation coils for heating raw stock, transfer pipeline, viscosity breaking reactor communicated with rectification tower equipped with separated product discharge line, system for continuous mechanical cleaning of radiation coil from coke sediments by scrapper. Note here that said tubular viscosity breaking reactor features tube diameter making, at least, 250 mm. Said reactor is arranged in furnace reactor chamber to be communicated with radiation coil via through holes made zone of contacts between tubular reactor end tubes and radiation coil. Note here that tubular reactor and transfer pipeline additionally incorporate the system for continuous mechanical cleaning of radiation coil from coke sediments by scrapper. Note also that rectification tower accommodates divider of viscosity breaking products flow.
EFFECT: increased MTBR and decreased idle time.
