FIELD: devices for storage, anchorage and reception of buoys. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is secured on outer hull of underwater facility in space between outer and pressure hulls; it has body with swivel outer cover and drive for opening this cover, inner cover and line holder with clamping members, mechanism for forcing out the buoy, winch and indicators showing position on buoy and outer swivel cover. Buoy forcing-out mechanism has carriage mounted in guide found on body; it is provided with inner cover made in form of bush engageable with buoy. Body is provided with spring- loaded members for centering the buoy; carriage is mounted for engagement with buoy position indicator.
