FIELD: coal mining industry, power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has suspension classifier, horizontal wave tore mixer-homogenizer with vertical amplitude of I- 4 mm and with horizontal amplitude of 2-6 mm with rotation speed of it between 1400- 2000 rpm. Plant includes line feeding water and reagent into mixer-homogenizer. Mixer- homogenizer has preferably mass of milling bodies up to 2000.0 kg with their diameter from 10 to 40 mm. Technical result of invention lies in reduced energy consumption for preparation of 1.0 t of water-and-coal fuel up to 15.0 kW.
