FIELD: coal-mining industry, power engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to preparation of water-and-coal fuel with its subsequent burning. Plant includes suspension classifier, vibratory-wave vertical multichamber mill with 1-6 mm amplitude of working tool and its rotation speed of 1400-2000 rpm, line supplying water to mill and vibratory-wave tore mixer-homogenizer with 1-4 mm amplitude of vertical working tool and 1-6 mm amplitude of horizontal working tool. Mill contains up to 1500.0 kg of milling bodies with diameter from 15 to 50 mm. Mixer- homogenizer contains up to 2000.0 kg of milling bodies with diameter from 10 to 40 mm. Invention makes it feasible to decrease considerably energy consumption for production of water-and-coal fuel, in particular 25.0 kW of electric energy is consumed for preparation of 1.0 t of water-and-coal fuel.
