FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: installation includes a receiving bin for coal 1, a device for preparing a finely dispersed coal-water slurry 10, a gasifier 14, designed to preparing from a prepared fine water-coal suspension, a cooler 15. The receiving hopper is connected through a feeder with a chopper 5, to the inputs of which the lines of dosed water supply and reagents are also piped into. The installation is provided with one or more supply tanks 11 for storing and dispensing the prepared fine water coal slurry, and also in series connected hydrocyclone 7 and mixer-shredder 8. The inlet of the hydrocyclone is connected to the outlet of the shredder, the output of the mixer-shredder is connected to the first input of the device for the preparation of a micronized water-coal suspension whose output is connected to the discharge containers connected to the gas generator, the outlets of the supply containers are further connected to the second input of the device for preparing a micronized water-coal suspension. The installation is additionally equipped with two series-connected gradient separators 17, 19, three smoke exhausters 18, 21, 22 and a dynamic filter 20. The output of the gas generator through the cooler 15 is connected to the inlet of the first gradient separator, one of the outputs of which is connected to the first exhauster designed to remove harmful gas components separated from the generator gas. One of the outputs of the second gradient separator is connected to a dynamic filter, the output of which is connected to the input of the second exhauster, wherein the outputs of the second gradient separator and the second exhauster are connected to the inputs of the third exhauster having an outlet for the generation gas outlet.

EFFECT: obtaining a high quality generator gas.
