FIELD: tyre industry. SUBSTANCE: proposed line has tyre shredder, hammer breaker, fine grinder, cord remover and classifier for grading rubber pieces and crumb. Feeder for uniform delivery of material is installed at hammer breaker inlet providing duration of mechanical action of hammers onto material not exceeding material relaxation time. Feeder has regulator placed in electric circuit of hammer breaker load pickup to provide decrease in feeder operation speed at increased in load.
