SUBSTANCE: medium contains vitamin preparation -extract of feed yeast as the growth stimulating agent, nutrient broth for culturing microorganisms as the source of nitrogen nutrition, disodium phosphate and sodium carbonate for providing isotonic properties for medium ex tempore, trimethoprim and polymyxin M sulfate as inhibitors of concomitant microflora, and distilled water. The advantage of proposed invention is the complete inhibitory effect of medium on growth of concomitant microflora. Except for, medium shows high sensitivity and effectiveness for accumulation of anthrax microbes. Invention can be used for bacteriological diagnosis of anthrax.
