SUBSTANCE: claimed broth contains nutrient broth, enzymatic peptone, vitamin preparation, D(+)-glucose, sodium chloride, metabisulfite, nalidixic acid, crystalline violet, microbiogical agar, and distilled water. Broth of present invention is useful in bacteriological diagnosis of brucellosis.
EFFECT: broth with increased growth characteristics and decreased cost.
