SUBSTANCE: invention is related to power supply systems and can be employed to supply power with constant voltage of greater or lesser value than level of primary source to users. According to invention one lead of input key is connected to first input terminal and another lead is linked to inductance coil and diode. Another lead of inductance coil is connected to second input terminal and capacitor, another lead of diode is coupled to another lead of capacitor. One lead of capacitor is connected to first output terminal, another lead is linked to output key which another lead is connected to second output terminal. EFFECT: widened application field. 1 dwg
