SUBSTANCE: method involves taking into consideration patterns of myocardial infarction progress, availability of cardiac insufficiency of a degree higher than 1, smoking, hypercholesterolemia complications of pre- and in-hospital period, cardiac rhythm disorders after myocardial infarction, myocardial infarction recurrences during the first year after the first myocardial infarction, genetic markers like blood groups of ABO, MN, P, Le, ABH-secretion type, serum proteins, erythrocyte enzymes. Prognostic coefficient is calculated for each factor. The sum of the prognostic coefficients is interpreted in terms favorable or unfavorable postinfarction period development course. EFFECT: high accuracy of prediction. 1 tbl
