FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. SUBSTANCE: method is based on determination of genetic markers of AB0 system. Method involves an additional assay of markers of systems M, P, Lewis, immunoglobulin GmI, types of haptoglobin, transferrin, alpha-1-antitrypsin, acid phosphatase, phosphoglucomutase, esterase D. Also, type of otic sulfur is determined. For each marker the prognostic coefficient is determined according Table 1 and obtained values of prognostic coefficient are summarized. Predisposition to the development of duodenum ulcer disease is prognosed at sum of prognostic coefficients +10 and higher.
