FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: as risk factors one should study genetic markers of ABO blood groups and rhesus, either presence or absence of arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, hyperbetalipoproteidemia, hypoalphacholesterolemia, coefficient of atherogenicity, ratio of waist circumference to that of some phenotypical signs, availability of alopecia, leading hand and detection of constitutional-morphological type. Prognostic coefficient (PC) of every factor should be determined. By PC total value one should predict high risk of ischemic cardiac disease (ICD) development. The method enables quickly detect the group with high risk of ICD development at low financial expenses. EFFECT: higher efficiency of prediction. 2 ex, 2 tbl
