SUBSTANCE: one should apply a device for bringing the wound's edges together, put porolone impregnated with antiseptic solution and designed according to wound's shape inside the wound's cavity after its surgical treatment, bring together wound's edges temporally by dosages for 12 h with the help of the above-mentioned device, separate the wound's edges with the help of this device in 12 h, carry out wound's sanitation, bring together the wound's edges for 12 h with the help of the device mentioned, repeat many times separation and bringing together the wound's edges followed by sanitation till complete purification of wound cavity, remove porolone, apply sutures. The innovation enables to control visually the flow of wound process, close the wound at any terms despite the degree of purulent-inflammatory process and shorten the terms for wound healing.
