FIELD: medicine, hematology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to proteins used as anti-coagulating agents, in part, to modified forms of Factor VII inhibiting blood coagulation and tissue factor. Invention claims methods for different using, in part, for suppression of platelets depositions in the patient and treatment of acute occlusion of coronary artery. Invention relates also to composition consisting of Factor VII with at least one modification in its active site being this modification inhibits capacity of modified factor VII to activate plasmatic Factor X or IX significantly. Invention provides preparing the preparation without unwanted adverse effects and it can be prepared by recombinant method easily.
