FIELD: general machine engineering, namely development of processes for making detachable joints of machine parts at using shape memory effect. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying shape memory alloy onto joined surface of part and connecting parts with further heat treatment of joint; making grooves in applied layer of shape memory alloy; plastically deforming protrusions formed in layer until size corresponding to joining diameter of second part due to filling said grooves with excess quality of shape memory alloy from deformed protrusions; realizing application of shape memory alloy by argon arc surfacing, laser surfacing, plasma deposition or thermic mass transfer. Plastic deforming is realized by means of three-roller rolling out unit with rolling out effort in range 300 - 1000 N at lengthwise feed in range 0.08 - 0.10 mm/rev, speed of rolling out equal to 94•10-3 m/c and pass number 1 - 3. EFFECT: possibility for joining parts with cylindrical joining surfaces without using additional parts and threaded portions of joined surfaces with desired strength and reliability. 4 cl, 4 dwg
