SUBSTANCE: part is deformed with a deforming element and the subsequent coating hardening is performed by ultrasonic treatment with a frequency of ultrasonic vibrations of 18-22 kHz by a reinforcing element. The distance between deforming and reinforcing elements is 10-30 mm, and a linear deformation spot displacement speed of the deforming and reinforcing elements is 50-100⋅10-3 m/s with a longitudinal feed of 0.08-0.12 mm/vol.
EFFECT: adhesive strength between the coating and the substrate is increased.
