FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cover providing hermetic closing of container. Cover is formed by cap placed on top over side skirt furnished with latching means in lower part and detachable protective band in its upper part on skirt periphery section. Band provides temporary connection with said cap forming joint on additional section. Cap is provided with locking lug whose free end has reversing projection designed for getting into thrust contact with flange of container when cover is in completely opened position.
