FIELD: building industry, particularly for erecting frames of multi-story buildings and structures.

SUBSTANCE: joint includes end sections of column to be connected. End column sections have planar ends. End column sections have confinement reinforcement formed as transversal welded nets and clamps and end parts of longitudinal reinforcing rods, which are cut in joint area. End column sections have channels filled with high-strength mix and short reinforcing rods are inserted into channels. Adjusting pack is placed into gap between column ends. End steel plates are connected to ends of columns to be connected. Steel plates have steel rims extending along surface of plate contact with column concrete surface. Plates have through orifices for short reinforcing rods insertion. There are inserts formed as separate steel plates that are arranged in gap. End steel plates are connected along side surfaces by means of cover piece made as steel strip. Gap is filled with high-strength mix.

EFFECT: improved uniformity of contact stress distribution in joining areas of building frame columns, increased load-bearing capacity and reliability of joined columns.
