FIELD: oil and gas producing and geological prospection industries; designed for pipe round-trip operations in well under pressure in elimination of gas-oil flows and well repairs without their killing. SUBSTANCE: plant has blowout preventer unit, spacer adapter spool, sealing device, hydraulic system and hydraulic jack unit made of two coaxially secured to each other hydraulic cylinders with hollow double-rod pistons. Built in internal cavities of hollow rods are devices of pipe hydromechanical clamping. Each said device consists of cylindrical sleeve with windows. Installed in windows are clamping dies with flexible sleeve fitted on them. This sleeve is made so that its own deformation converts under action of excessive pressure of working fluid into motion of dies in radial direction for pipe catching and changing over of clamping dies to initial position with removed excessive pressure. There are limit switches of working fluid flows installed in hydraulic jack unit. EFFECT: effective highly efficient continuous performance of round-trip operations with inserted joint pipes of constant cross-section of various diameters, both, with automatic and manual control. 2 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
