FIELD: fuel processing. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of fuel, oil product hydrocarbon raw material, gas medium in electrostatic field and it can be used in different processes, both at processing of hydrocarbon raw material to increase output of light oil products and at preparation of raw material at combustion in different power generating plants to improve performance of machines, mechanisms and other sets using jet, turboprop and other internal combustion engines. Device for processing of fuel according to both proposed versions contains rod, housing, winding and electrode. Rod is made electroconducting and is designed for connection to one of terminals of supply source, and electrode is connected to other terminal of said source. Housing is installed coaxially from outside relative to rod to form fuel processing chamber in clearance between rod and housing. Winding arranged in form of spiral around rod is different-pitch, consisting of two wires laid to form space in between and installed for provision of counter flow of current. One end of one wire in fuel processing chamber is connected with rod at its one edge and opposite end of other wire is connected with rod at its other edge. Other ends of wires are isolated from rod. Moreover, according to first design version, said electrode is connected to metal housing, and according to second design version, housing is dielectric and is furnished with two metal bushings to one which said electrode is connected. Two metal bushings are installed one in the other outside the housing for rotation relative to each other and longitudinal displacement relative to housing, and at least one slot is made in each wall so that slot in one metal bushing is overlapped by slot of other metal bushing at rotation.
