FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in fuel feed systems of internal combustion engines (ICE). Device for treatment of liquid and gaseous hydrocarbon fuel consists of housing 1 with inner cavity and connected to output of power supply source 2, two rods 3 and 5, connected to outputs 7, 8 of power supply and two dielectric sleeves 11, 12. Rods 3, 5 together with housing 1 make two chambers 9, 10 for fuel processing. Rods have longitudinal rectangular slots 4, 6 on length of working part. On inner rods and housing of device from electric power source can be supplied AC, DC or simultaneously DC and AC.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, reduced toxicity, better power characteristics of ICE and simplifying design of fuel processing device.
