FIELD: mechanical engineering; spiral rotary machines. SUBSTANCE: proposed spiral compressor contains housing with high and low pressure spaces. Housing accommodates electric motor, movable and field spirals and oil system. Oil cooler is placed in low pressure space to provide passing of sucked-in gas through oil cooler and cooling first, oil, and then shell of electric motor. Oil separator is located in high-pressure space. Filter and cutoff valve are installed on oil feed line to oil cooler. EFFECT: improved efficiency of oil cooling. 3 cl, 5 dwg
