FIELD: compressor industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor industry and can be used in refrigerating scroll compressors of "dry" compression during their operation in refrigerating systems and air conditioning systems. Scroll compressor comprises movable scroll 6 and fixed scroll 7 coordinated with each other and cooling channels connected to the refrigerant inlet and outlet, made in the form of flexible tube 9 passing through holes 10 and 11 in the base of fixed spiral 7, wherein at the centre of the feather of fixed spiral 7 there are holes 12 and 13 for the input and output of the flexible tube into the feather of fixed spiral 7, and the fixed spiral feather itself is made with groove 8 interconnected with these holes, wherein flexible tube 9 passes through holes 12, 13 in the centre of the feather of the fixed spiral and is placed in groove 8 of the feather under sealing element 14. Additional cooling agent injection channels 16 are made in the base of fixed spiral 7 and connect the compression cavity to the refrigerant source through check valves 17, 18 installed in the end plate of fixed spiral 7.
EFFECT: simplified design, increased efficiency of cooling process, improved energy characteristics of spiral machine due to reduction of energy consumption for compression of refrigerant.
