FIELD: food industry, agriculture, commerce, medicine. SUBSTANCE: vacuum cooling set to cool liquid has vacuum condenser connected through two-way valve to heat insulated reservoir-liquid cooler. The latter includes internal device to cool vapors located above level of liquid. It presents vertical vessel with atomizers in upper part for water sprinkling. Its body is built tightly into space of heat insulated reservoir-liquid cooler by more than half of height and is connected along protruding part through two-way valve to vacuum condenser. EFFECT: increased ecological safety with use of vacuum cooling set and accelerated cooling of liquid. 1 dwg
