FIELD: milk cooling equipment. SUBSTANCE: vacuum milk cooler has heat-insulated and sealed vessel with gas and liquid cavities, throttle line for passage of milk into vessel. Gas cavity is connected with vacuum unit for pumping water steam from milk surface. Upon cooling, milk weight is kept. Power consumption for milk cooling is reduced by 2-4 times as compared to Freon refrigerants. EFFECT: increased efficiency and improved ecology control by giving up Freon refrigerants. 2 cl, 1 dwg
