FIELD: agriculture, milk industry and food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vacuum milk vessel connected with its lower part to lower part of milk reservoir via pipeline. General-purpose milk pump, return valve and slide valve are mounted on pipeline. Throttling line is equipped with lock valve mounted on float-type device in upper part of milk reservoir, whose upper part is connected to water source, water cleaning filter and metering device. Milk level sensors are positioned in mid and lower parts of vacuum milk vessel and are electrically connected through control unit to general-purpose milk pump. Temperature sensor electrically connected to control unit is disposed in milk reservoir. EFFECT: increased efficiency, reduced production and operating costs, wider range of usages of cooling apparatus. 5 cl, 1 dwg
