FIELD: refrigeration equipment used in trade, agriculture and so on. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of cooling liquid housed in vessel; vacuumizing liquid vapors; compressing them, cooling and condensing in water condenser, then expanding it to vessel. When temperature of cooled liquid achieves temperature of cooling water at inlet of condenser, feeding environment air to vessel filled with liquid by bubbling air through layer of cooled liquid. EFFECT: enhanced refrigeration efficiency, reduced time period for cooling liquid. 1 dwg
