FIELD: medicine, microbiology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to isolation of fraction of heterogeneous antigens that are similar with that of microorganisms of genus Brucella and human parenchymatous tissues. An aqueous-saline extract of human parenchymatous tissues is used using contact of antigens and immunosorbents by mixing immunosorbent suspension with antigens and the following incubation of mixture. Separation and dissociation of heterogeneous antigens are carried out by centrifugation or filtration through a paper filter. Invention can be used for diagnosis of different diseases. EFFECT: improved isolation method, simplified and accelerated method of fraction of heterogeneous antigens.
