METHOD FOR DETECTING BRUCELLA ANTIGENS Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

Abstract RU 2202799 C2

FIELD: veterinary science, medicine, laboratory diagnostics. SUBSTANCE: the method is implemented due to adsorption onto solid support of tested sample. Free binding sites at support should be inactivated and then it should be treated with antibrucellosis IgG labelled with colloid silver. Then support should be treated with reagent containing metol, citric acid, silver nitrate and water. The method provides high sensitivity and specificity of the results obtained. It is, also, characterized by high rapidity, availability and simplicity of implementation. EFFECT: higher efficiency of detection. 2 ex
